- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆70 customers, 19 windows and 4 people working.. been waiting 2 1/2 hours to get new drivers license.still waiting. Feels like I'm in orlando! Why have 19 windows ir your only gonna have 4 employees.. 1 day off and this will be the only thing I get done out of 9 things. Thanks for the urgency on getting people in and out. - ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆The wait has gotten longer and longer. One time it was 50 minutes. As far as the staff, most everyone I have ever had to deal with has been either friendly or very friendly. No complaints there, just Gold Stars for doing a great job!!By John Gagnon, March 05, 2017
